Untuk menggunakan mobile banking, setelah kita mempunyai PIN SMS banking, unduhlah aplikasi mobile banking mandiri di hp android kita. Lakukanlah aktivasi dengan memasukan password 8 digit alfa numerik. Setelah itu akan ada konfirmasi sms ke nomor hp yang sudah kita daftarkan tadi. Setelah konfirmasi berhasil maka kita bisa mulai bertransaksi dengan mobile banking mandiri.

  • Tunggu tanda di sebelah kanan atas berwarna hijau (artinya sudah tersambung)
  • Kemudian pilih menu rekening. Pada layar akan tampil nomor rekening dan jumlah saldo.
  • Jika kita tekan nomor rekening tersebut akan tampil informasi rekening yang berisi 5 transaksi terakhir.

Transfer sesama Mandiri:
  • Buka Aplikasi Mobile Banking 
  • Kemudian Login masukkan Password kemudian tekan ok
  • Tunggu tanda di sebelah kanan atas berwarna hijau (artinya sudah tersambung)
  • Kemudian pilih menu transfer
  • Mandiri
  • Tekan menu Rekening Tujuan
  • Masukkan Nomor Rekening Tujuan. Jika kita ingin menambahkan ke daftar transfer, silahkan tekan "no" disebelah "tambah ke daftar transfer" maka akan muncul tampilan "yes". Menambahkan nomor rekening ke daftar transfer akan memudahkan kita dalam melakukan transaksi berikutnya. Jika kita ingin melakukan transfer ke rekening tersebut, kita tidak perlu lagi meng-input nomor rekening, cukup memilihnya dari daftar transfer.
  • Setelah selesai memasukkan nomor rekening tujuan tekan ok
  • Kemudian input jumlah yang ingin ditransfer
  • Pada kolom keterangan, kita bisa memberikan keterangan jika diperlukan, tapi bisa juga dilewat
  • Kemudian tekan lanjut
  • Pada layar akan muncul konfirmasi, jika semua sudah benar masukkan PIN sms Banking lalu tekan ok.
  • Jika transaksi berhasil, maka akan ada konfirmasi transaksi berhasil dan bukti transaksi bisa dilihat di kotak pesan.

Transfer ke Bank lain:
  • Buka Aplikasi Mobile Banking 
  • Kemudian Login masukkan Password kemudian tekan ok
  • Tunggu tanda di sebelah kanan atas berwarna hijau (artinya sudah tersambung)
  • Kemudian pilih menu transfer
  • Tekan menu "online"
  • Rekening Tujuan
  • Masukkan nomor rekening dan pilih nama Bank Tujuan (Karena sudah ada pilihan Bank tujuan, kita tidak perlu memasukkan kode bank.).  Jika kita ingin menambahkan ke daftar transfer, silahkan tekan "no" disebelah "tambah ke daftar transfer" maka akan muncul tampilan "yes". Menambahkan nomor rekening ke daftar transfer akan memudahkan kita dalam melakukan transaksi berikutnya. Jika kita ingin melakukan transfer ke rekening tersebut, kita tidak perlu lagi meng-input nomor rekening, cukup memilihnya dari daftar transfer.
  • Kemudian tekan ok
  • Masukkan jumlah uang yang akan ditransfer
  • Masukkan Nomor Referensi
  • Kemudian tekan lanjut
  • Pada layar akan muncul konfirmasi, jika semua sudah benar masukkan PIN sms Banking lalu tekan ok.
  • Jika transaksi berhasil, maka akan ada konfirmasi transaksi berhasil dan bukti transaksi bisa dilihat di kotak pesan.

  • Buka Aplikasi Mobile Banking

  • Tekan Penyedia Layanan kemudian pilih provider kartu

Cara Melihat Bukti Transaksi Berhasil pada Kotak Pesan:

  • Kemudian tekan kotak pesan
  • Pada layar akan muncul transaksi-transaksi yang telah kita lakukan. Silahkan pilih, transaksi mana yang ingin dilihat.

3 Hal yang Perlu dilakukan untuk Mengembangkan Usaha BRILink

Dulu, tujuh bulan yang lalu, ketika saya ditawari dan setuju untuk mengajukan permohonan menjadi Agen BRILink, saya sama sekali tidak tahu apa itu BRILink, bagaimana cara menjalankannya, apa yang harus saya siapkan, sama sekali tidak tahu. Yang ada di benak saya waktu itu hanya melayani transaksi nasabah dan mendapatkan untung. Ntah transaksi apa saya tidak tahu, pokoknya saya dulu menghitungnya satu orang nasabah dapat untung Rp. 10.000. Kalau 10 orang berarti 100rb, kalau 50 orang 500rb. Hanya dengan mendatangkan nasabah 50 orang per hari saja saya bisa dapat penghasilan 15juta per bulan. Wuaahhh... menggiurkan sekali dan tampak sangat mudah bukan? Karena itu saya langsung bilang "Oke" pada Pak Mantri BRI yang menawarkan. Lumayan kan... dapat penghasilan tambahan 15 juta per bulan???? Hehehe...

Tapi ternyata itu cuma ada di khayalan saja.... pada waktunya mesin EDC datang dan saya mulai menjalankan usaha BRILink ini, apa yang ada di benak saya sama sekali tidak terealisasi.

Yang pertama, mendatangkan 50 orang nasabah itu tidak semudah yang dibayangkan. 50 nasabah itu ternyata banyaaaaak sekali dan tidak bisa didatangkan begitu saja dalam waktu cepat. Bahkan, tetangga-tetangga saya pun, yang jaraknya sangat dekat dan sudah kenal, kalo mau setor ya perginya ke teras BRI, bukan ke saya, entah keberatan bayar biaya transaksi atau tidak percaya uangnya bisa sampai rekening tujuan, yang jelas spanduk BRILink yang sudah terpampang jelas depan rumah hanya mereka lihat saja, sekilas! Saya ingat, waktu itu tanggal 21 Oktober, salah tahu teman saya belum bayar listrik, saya berharap dia akan menjadi pelanggan pertama saya, karena sebelumnya saya sudah bercerita apa saja transaksi yang bisa dilayani BRILink, setelah sedikit demi sedikit saya mempelajarinya, dan.... dia tidak datang. Hmmm.... mungkin belum percaya dan belum rezeki saya. Dan hal itu jadi pelajaran pertama buat saya: Saat itu saya menyadari kalau saya harus mulai belajar membangun KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT.

Pada saat itu, usaha jenis ini, memang belum memasyarakat di daerah saya, masih terdengar asing. Memang sebelum saya, sebenarnya sudah ada satu agen BRILink lain, tapi sepertinya beliau tidak begitu gencar melakukan promosi, karena mungkin hanya menjalankan BRILink sebagai usaha sampingan yang dijalankan dirumahnya, hanya sebagian kelompok kecil masyarakat saja yang tahu, karena itu sebagian besar masyarakat di daerah saya masih belum kenal apa itu BRILink. Dan ini merupakan tantangan yang saya jadikan pelajaran kedua: Saya harus MEMPERKENALKAN apa itu BRILink kepada masyarakat di daerah saya.

Yang kedua, Rp. 10.000 per transaksi??? Hmmmm... ternyata tidak segampang itu menetapkan biaya transaksi, harus mempertimbangkan respon nasabah. 10rb? Mahal amat!!! Itu kira-kira yang akan terucap dari wajah mereka. Dan tentu saja saya tidak boleh mengabaikan hal ini, jika tidak ingin BRILink saya sepi terus. Dan ini adalah pelajaran yang ketiga: Saya harus menimbang-nimbang biaya transaksi yang cocok, yang bisa diterima oleh nasabah sehingga nasabah bersedia datang kembali tapi juga bisa memberikan keuntungan yang lumayan buat saya.

Setelah kurang lebih 2 Minggu menerima EDC, saya mengantongi 3 pelajaran ini dan saya mulai menjalankannya:

1. Membangun Kepercayaan Masyarakat
  • Untuk membangun kepercayaan masyarakat saya lakukan dengan Mendekorasi Tempat, menyiapkan tempat yang khusus untuk melakukan Transaksi, Membuat Neon Box, Mempersiapkan alat-alat bantu seperti Mesin Hitung, Sinar, komputer, jaringan internet, dll. Saya yakin hal ini akan meningkatkan image nama BRILink saya, masyarakat akan mulai melihat nama BRILink saya dengan serius. Selain itu, saya meminta bantuan pada Karyawan BRI: Pak Mantri, Mas Teller dan Om Sekuriti. Tidak ada senjata yang lebih hebat dari Karyawan BRI. Karena merekalah yang pastinya dipercaya oleh masyarakat jika menyangkut urusan transaksi perbankan. Merekalah yang bisa meyakinkan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat awam yang tidak terlalu mengerti urusan perbankan, kalau yang namanya BRILink benar-benar produk layanan Bank BRI, agen BRILink adalah Agen BRI, yaitu pihak masyarakat yang bekerja sama dengan Bank BRI dan sudah mendapatkan kepercayaan dari Bank BRI untuk melayani masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi perbankan. Beruntungnya saya, semua pegawai BRI yang saya kenal bersedia membantu, beliau-beliau lah yang mengarahkan para nasabah ke tempat saya, kalau di teras atau kantor sedang penuh, mereka mengarahkannya ke tempat saya, apalagi kalau ada nasabah yang ingin menyetor uang tunai ke rekening bank lain, mereka pun akan cepat mengarahkannya ke tempat saya. Karena itu, sedikit demi sedikit masyarakat mulai memberi kepercayaan kepada BRILink saya.
2. Memperkenalkan Produk BRILink pada Masyarakat
  • Setelah mempersiapkan tempat plus peralatan dan meminta bantuan kepada Bapak-bapak BRI, saya tidak lantas bisa diam. Saya malah harus terus aktif dalam mengembangkan BRILink saya. Dan kali ini pelajaran yang kedua yang harus saya jalankan: Memperkenalkan BRILink kepada masyarakat. Mendekatkan dan Mengakrabkan kata BRILink kepada masyarakat di daerah saya. Apa itu Agen BRILink, Apa saja yang bisa dilayani Agen BRILink, dan Bagaimana Cara Kerjanya? Saya harus bisa menjelaskannya. Dan ini saya tempuh dengan cara menyebarkan brosur, memanfaatkan medsos, dan tanpa bosan berbicara langsung pada orang-orang setiap ada kesempatan. Intinya: Sosialisasi Tanpa Henti. Dan saya punya Tim yang sangat hebat untuk hal ini, mereka adalah ayah dan suami saya. Mereka yang mengambil tugas untuk melakukan sosialisasi BRILink kepada masyarakat. Saya ingat, dulu setiap pagi ayah saya pergi ke teras BRI, beliau menghampiri para nasabah yang sedang bosan mengantri, beliau dengan semangat bercerita tentang BRILink dan mengajak para nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi di BRILink saya. Jika ada nasabah yang tampak tidak percaya, beliau memanggil Pak Mantri atau Mas Teller untuk meminta bantuan meyakinkan nasabah tersebut. Pak Mantri dan Mas Teller BRI dengan senang hati bersedia membantu ayah saya untuk meyakinkan pada nasabah kalau memang betul transaksi perbankan sekarang bisa dilakukan di tempat yang namanya Agen BRILink yang salah satunya adalah Maher BRILink, punya saya. Setiap hari selama beberapa minggu kami melakukan sosialisasi dan promosi, sampai akhirnya nasabah mulai berdatangan, semakin hari jumlah transaksi semakin meningkat. Alhamdulilah.
3. Meninjau Ulang Biaya Transaksi
  • Selama satu bulan menjalankan BRILink, saya 3 kali mengadakan perubahan biaya transaksi, sampai akhirnya saya mendapatkan harga yang paling pas! Setelah berbagai usaha yang dilakukan untuk mendatangkan nasabah, tentu saja saya tidak ingin nasabah tersebut kapok, saya tidak ingin nasabah tersebut hanya satu kali saja melakukan transaksi dan kembali lagi ke kantor bank hanya karena merasa keberatan dengan biaya transaksi yang saya tetapkan. Menurut saya, biaya transaksi yang PAS adalah biaya transaksi yang dianggap "menguntungkan" oleh nasabah. Kira-kira dengan biaya transaksi yang kita tetapkan, nasabah harus berpikiran "Lebih baik mengeluarkan biaya sekian... daripada harus mengantri di bank." jangan sampai nasabah berpikir seperti ini: "Lebih baik ngantri di bank, daripada harus mengeluarkan biaya sekian..." Kalau nasabah sampai berpikir demikian, bahaya, bisa-bisa BRILink kita sepi karena nasabah akan pergi ke bank semua. Karena itu, dengan sangat hati-hati saya menetapkan biaya transaksi. Membuka mata dan telinga lebar-lebar supaya bisa melihat dan mendengar respon nasabah. Saya ingin Nasabah Senang Saya pun Untung.
Setelah berusaha untuk Membangun Kepercayaan Masyarakat, Memperkenalkan Produk BRILink pada Masyarakat, dan Meninjau Ulang Biaya Transaksi, perjuangan saya belum selesai. Setelah saya berhasil menarik banyak nasabah, masalah lain muncul. Masalah tersebut adalah MODAL. Semakin banyak nasabah maka modal yang dibutuhkan pun semakin besar. Bahkan sampai sekarang pun masalah modal ini masih jadi kendala. Karena itu, disini saya tidak akan banyak bercerita mengenai usaha saya mengumpulkan modal untuk BRILink. Mungkin lain kali setelah saya benar-benar berhasil mendapatkan modal yang mantap. Untuk sekarang saya hanya menjalankan BRILink dengan modal seadanya. Tetapi, meskipun demikian, hasilnya  sudah cukup lumayan buat saya. Mungkin pada tulisan selanjutnya, saya akan bercerita mengenai penghasilan saya dari menjalankan BRILink selama 7 bulan setelah berhasil menjalankan 3 poin diatas.
